1.1 Complete Product Warranty
For Binoculars, Spotting Scopes, Monoculars, Daytime Riflescopes:
Lifetime warranty for normal usage-related performance issues.
For Thermal Imaging Devices, Night Vision Devices:
3-year warranty.
1.2 Core Components Warranty
For Thermal Detectors and Other Core Components:
10-year warranty.
Remark: We will provide free repair or replacement if the failure is due to material, craftsmanship, or manufacturing defects.
1.3 Accessories Warranty
For Batteries, Chargers, Cables, etc.:
2-year warranty.
For Other Accessories (e.g. straps, carrying cases, etc.):
1-year warranty.
2.1 Free Warranty Service
Under normal usage and maintenance conditions, if a product fails due to material, craftsmanship, or manufacturing defects, we will provide free repair or replacement during the warranty period. The warranty period starts from the date on the purchase invoice. If no valid purchase invoice is available, the warranty period begins from the product delivery date.
2.2 Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not cover the following situations:

If a product experiences failure within the warranty period but does not meet the warranty conditions, or if the product is out of warranty, Eyeskey will still provide necessary parts and labor at a discounted price.
Once we receive the product for repair, we will complete the repair process within 30 days. In case of special circumstances, we will communicate with the customer in advance and confirm the solution.
3.1 Warranty Transfer
The warranty is automatically transferable to the product's subsequent owners without the need for additional action.
3.2 Authorized Sales Channels
Warranty service is only available for products purchased through Eyeskey’s official sales channels or authorized dealers. Products purchased through unauthorized channels (including non-authorized online retailers) will not be eligible for warranty service.
