Very clear, easy to handle, they are great!
This is my second pair of Eyeskey HX Binoculars, My 1st pair was the 8x42 which I have had for a few years now and have used them quite a bit. I wanted the 15x56 for more Magnification and the ability to view in lower light. I have had many different optics including, Zeiss, Nikon, B&L,Hensoldt, and Nightforce, Leupold. I almost purchased Swarovski SLC 15X56 which I heard are just slightly better than the Eyeskey, but the price was 4 times what I paid for these and I know not 4 times better, Anyway after trying these out and spotting Deer from over a mile away, and that was hand holding them, but I do have a Tripod mount as well. It was money well spent and I think what really separates these from other Binoculars is not just the clarity, but the eye cups are excellent, and when viewing the outside light is totally blocked out which makes a huge difference since no interference at all.
I don't see the 15x56 Captor ED anymore but it's utterly FANTASTIC for $219-$20 discount making it a steal right at $200 which is hands down THE BEST 15X you will ever buy at that price. Punches WAY above it's price point and have much better image quality compared to the Athlon Cronus Gen 2 15x56 I previously bought which cost nearly triple the price. However, I do not know if they will actually honor their advertised lifetime warranty and hopefully don't ever need to find out the hard way...
I also tried all of the other much cheaper 15x binoculars such as Gigapenguin and Nexiview and the other genetics and they aren't in the same league as the Eyeskey Captor 15x56 not even close plus the other cheaper generic so called 15x ones aren't actually even 15x magnification which is the main reason I returned them all for refund.
The other decent 15x is the Baigish15x60 though not as good as the Eyeskey they're at least a little cheaper and have decent glass.
These are heavy but the optics and controls make it well worthwhile to use these. Sharp and bright are the words that describe them best. So, if you don't mind a bit of weight, they are superb.
Great binoculars, very clear and easy to adjust. Not sure how effective the warranty would be if I had to ship it to China, but hopefully not need that.
Eyeskey
The design inspiration comes from the shield, which can be traced back to ancient times. It lets us think of the military, knight, hero, nobility, and other associated past events. The elegant profile curve with ergonomic design makes you comfortable, and the multi-colored scutcheon shows the individuality of the young generation. Its overall design with a magnesium alloy body brings a sense of trust and sturdy quality.
Extra-low dispersion (ED) glass delivers sharp images free of violet chromatic aberration in addition to the conventional RBG color correction.
The refractive index of BAK4 light is higher than that of optical glass, which can effectively avoid dark edges.
All of the lenses are coated with FMC, bringing a higher light transmittance and restoring the true color.
Captor-ED is waterproof, fogproof and has a rubber armored body for strengthened durability.
